What we do.

The PPPM Cares Community Home Improvement Program is an initiative we have launched to
help individuals or families in Saint John who are in need of essential home improvements and may not
have the funds or the resources to complete the repairs or renovations on their own. This could be anything
from, fixing a leaking roof, replacing damaged flooring or stairs, replacing a leaking faucet,
any home upgrades to increase safety or accessibility, or any other essential repair. The goal is to
improve the community and quality of life of the individuals in Saint John.

How we do it.

Pink Penguin Property Management saves $1 from every door that we manage and allocates it towards community projects for those in need. We are currently completing 1 home improvement project per
month with 100% of the proceeds goes towards materials and labor to make the job happen.

Our Goal.

Our goal is to improve the lives and living situation of 1000 households in the Saint John,

Who can qualify?

Anyone can qualify, fill out an application form by clicking the link below. We will review all applicants
and reach out to you if your project gets picked and schedule a time for completion.
